Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Nafas Organic Spa website and services. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

3. Services Offered

Nafas Organic Spa offers a range of organic spa and beauty services, including aromatherapy, organic facials, and other wellness treatments. All services are subject to availability and may require prior booking through our online booking system or by phone.

4. Booking and Cancellations

  • Appointments: All appointments must be booked in advance. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred time and service.
  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation. Late arrival may result in a shortened service without a reduction in price.
  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service cost.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from Nafas Organic Spa are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed against any service or product offered at the spa. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. 6. Pricing and Payment

All prices for services and products are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and cash. Tips are not included in the service price and are at your discretion.

7. Health and Wellness

Clients are required to inform our staff of any health conditions, allergies, or medications prior to their service to ensure their safety and well-being. Some services may not be suitable for certain conditions. Our professional staff will guide you through this process.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nafas Organic Spa will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained while on our premises, except where such liability is mandated by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
